Create IMDS data in the MAHLE inhouse system (iPoint) and in the IMDS online system
Load / check SAP drawings about used materials and details of the components
Communication with the MAHLE process chain, especially with: Design, Production Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Sales
Communication in German and English (speech and official correspondence)
Check supplier IMDS data according IMDS rules and drawing information
Create documentation and statistics about IMDS actions
Communication with IMDS colleagues at the other plants
Inform MAHLE process chain about IMDS issues
Create training documents for IMDS
Perform IMDS information training
Perform system tests (IMDS inhouse system + SAP)
Support IMDS Admin and maintain IMDS admin tasks when needed
Support MAHLE process chain and supplier
IT knowledge: SAP, IMDS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Material knowledge (material science)
Spoken languages : English, German
Very good communication abilities (especially negotiation)
Understanding Drawings and BOM (structures)
Understanding PPAP process and requirements
