Coordoneaza, organizeaza, planifica si supravegheaza activitatea de productie;
Coordoneaza personalul din subordine - aprox 80 de persoane;
Raspunde de realizarea planului de productie si atingerea telurilor de productivitate, calitate si rebut.
Studii superioare tehnice;
Experienta in industria automotive constituie avantaj;
Experienta min 3 ani pe o pozitie similara, experienta de management in productie;
Bune cunostinte de operare PC: MS Office;
Limba engleza - nivel avansat;
Abilitati de comunicare, spirit de echipă, inovaţie, dinamism, motivaţie si determinare, capacitate de a evalua si de a lua decizii;
Viteza de reactie in identificarea de solutii tehnice;
Disponibilitate de lucru in schimburi;
Atitudine pozitiva orientata spre rezolvarea problemelor.
