Desfasoara scolarizarile din zona de productie, evalueaza eficienta scolarizarilor, intocmeste matrici de calificare pentru operatori;
Dezvolta, construieste si actualizeaza manualele de scolarizare avand in vedere cerintele de client si noile instructiuni de lucru;
Construieste si mentine baza de date cu scolarizarile; centralizeaza si urmareste rezultatul final (prin chestionare, evaluari practice etc);
Rescolarizeaza operatorii in urma reclamatiilor de la client sau in cazul in care absenteaza o perioda indelungata;
Mentine si optimizeaza planul de training anual.
Studii superioare tehnice/economice
Experienta in productie(experienta in instruirea operatorilor reprezinta un avantaj)
Abilitati de comunicare foarte bune
Capacitate de planificare, organizare si analiza
Persoana dinamica, implicata in activitate; resposabila si constiincioasa
