To complete our team, based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for Junior Product Managers.
The Jr. Product Manager's primary role is to strongly contribute to the creative vision of our products and help lead the day-to-day execution of the platform’s development. The ideal individual would have a solid software development familiarity and experience working or leading the creation of rich internet applications, social websites and tools.
Your main tasks will be to:
• perform competitive analyses;
• gather market requirements;
• be able to do wireframe development;
• author product requirement document (PRDs);
• assist with product marketing;
• provide pre-sales support and post-sales training;
• work with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and quantify market opportunities and driving them to realization;
Your abilities need to be:
• Degree in Engineering;
• +2 years of Product Management experience on Internet products;
• User interface design experience including functional requirements gathering, user analysis, information architecture, prototyping and usability testing, work with Graphics artists;
• Experience authoring PRDs for software and hosted services;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English;
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage different groups and personalities to achieve consensus;
• Attention to detail, while having comfort with ambiguity.
