Root Cause Analysis to address client dissatisfaction in order to improve our services;
Customer Satisfaction process management;
Ensure process consistency;
Develop internal performance management dashboards enabling performance measurement and target setting.
Bachelor’s degree in a Economics/ business administration/ management;
1 year of advanced experience in handling Excel & PPT;
1 year of experience in logistics/banking on customer claims is preferable;
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
Good analytical and organizational skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
High level of professionalism and integrity;
Basics of Marketing/Market Research is a plus;
Residence in or availability to relocate to Timisoara.
