Root Cause Analysis to address client dissatisfaction in order to improve our services;
Customer Satisfaction process management;
Ensure process consistency;
Develop internal performance management dashboards enabling performance measurement and target setting.


CERINTE

Bachelor’s degree in a Economics/business administration/management
1 year of advanced experience in handling Excel & PPT
1 year of experience in logistics/banking on customer claims is preferable
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Good analytical and organizational skillsxcellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
