To complete our team, based in Timisoara and support our growth in europe, we are looking for a Junior Quality Manager.
The Junior Quality Manager is focused on ensuring a process quality that supports the operational excellence of Internet Survey Solutions projects. He / she is responsible for common Business Process Management tasks, e.g. root cause analysis, changing and driving appropriate implementations through performance dashboards.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Root Cause Analysis to address client dissatisfaction in order to improve our services;
- Customer Satisfaction process management;
- Ensure process consistency;
- Develop internal performance management dashboards enabling performance measurement and traget setting
- Bachelor's degree in a Economics / business administration / management;
- Excellent knowledge in handling Excel & PPT;
- 1 year of experience in logistics/banking on cutsomer claims is preferable;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
- Good analytical and organizational skills;
- Good project management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- High level of professionalism and integrity;
- Basics of Marketing/Market Research is a plus
