- Understand the pipeline of new demand and sourcing of roles
- Design and implement sourcing strategies and approaches for a variety of roles covering multiple disciplines and levels
- Execute and track manual role postings to niche sites and print locations as required based on recruiter provided specifications
- Identify and engage passive candidates with the Accenture value proposition to build talent pools
- Generate reports on performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects
- Utilize and update social media networks
- Convey information clearly, accurately and convincingly. Listen to and understand needs of others
- Demonstrate concern for meeting changing customer needs, meet requirements in a manner that provides customer satisfaction and customer delight
- 1 year of relevant recruitment experience
- Direct search exposure (awareness of various channels / methods)
- Interviewing experience
- Fluent in English and German OR French
- Bachelor’s degree in BA / HRM / Psychology or other relevant studies
- Able to work effectively and remotely (virtual working) in multi-organization, multicultural environments
- Able to efficiently organize own work and multitask
- Customer orientation, effective communication and problem solving ability
- Team orientation
- Intermediate / Advanced use of MS Office pack
