Generate Mold-flow and FE-Meshes for different components (plastic and die-cast)
Perform rheological, static and dynamic FE simulations
Identify component weakness/ production problems and propose countermeasures (injection concept, part design, tool and cooling design)
Transfer material properties to FE models
Collaborate with CAE contact person in Germany and/or project team and/or production plant
University degree in physics, mechanical engineering or material science
Basic knowledge of simulations and materials (resin, metals)
English and/or German spoken and written
Assertiveness, resilience and excellent communication skills
Efficient operation and autonomy
