Job expirat
- Delivering customized language trainings;
- Identifying training needs together with the Language Quality Responsible and other involved parties (e.g. customers, heads of department, project managers etc.);
- Defining training objectives;
- Planning training sessions to meet the established needs and objectives;
- Designing new customized materials (e.g. areas of Business German) or embedding existing materials in class;
- Monitoring trainee performance;
- Providing feedback to the trainees and their direct managers;
- Translations upon request (German-English).
- Bachelor’s degree - preferably Foreign Languages;
- Good knowledge of German language (C1/C2);
- Relevant experience in teaching German language;
- Independent, conscientious and structured type of person.
