Adecco Resurse Umane for its client, a multinational company, is looking for Lean Implementer
Job description:
- Collaborate with all departments for manage and sustain continuous Improvement activities in all major lean disciplines: (Process Flow Mapping, VSM, 5S/Visual management, TPM, QCO-SMED, Standard Work, Process Problem Solving, Just In Time, Kaizen/Continuous Improvement);
- Promoting suggestions for improvements and cost saving initiative and transferring best practices between employers and/or other JCI factories;
- Monitor existing and new manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through lean Process Problem Solving methodology;
- Serve as the internal consultant for CI and council the departments according to the kaizen methodologies;
- Organize and moderate workshops (VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM) or kaizen events in order to achieve the improvements targets;
- Plan and coordinate specific trainings with people involved in process improvement initiatives;
- Responsible for coaching people involved in improvement projects;
- Make results visible to management through completion projects, specifically meetings and reports;
- University degree – Technical studies / strong technical knowledge;
- Min 3 years experience in a technical environment (Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality), especially automotive;
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing system requirements and continuous improvement tools, (5S, VSM, Process Mapping, Kanban, TPM, JIT, SMED, Flow concepts) is a plus;
- Strong project management skills and experience in conducting & implementing process changes;
- Knowledge of PC applications required (CAD, Excel, Word, Visio), SAP is a plus;
- Analytical thinking & attention to details and problem solving abilities;
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation / facilitation skills;
- English knowledge is a must;
- Willing to travel to Jimbolia;
