· Check the availability of the materials;
· Competitive analyze of the forecasts received from the customers;
· Introduce the demands in the system;
· Release the production orders in accordance with the customer orders and production capacity;
· Make sure that the orders given in production are made in time;
· Maintain the stock level within the limits and avoid any possible obsolete;
· Make the delivery documents;
· Daily contact with the customers;
· Inform the customer in time about any possible problem which may occur;
· Cost/stock reduction;
· Schedule and reschedule release;
· Monitor shortages;
· Weekly and monthly reports;
· Risk analysis (materials & suppliers).
· 1-3 years experience in the area of logistics in automotive or other high volume
industries;
· University Degree;
· Computer skills (MS Office);
· English - advanced level.
