The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Logistics cost calculation (packaging, transport, warehousing, customs clearance cost and duties etc);
- Logistics flow definition and set up (with customers, suppliers and in the plant) for new projects;
- Supply base performance assessment (lead times, flexibility, safety stocks, capacities) for new projects;
- Packaging planning activities(technical concept definition, development, validation, endowment calculations and implementation) for : logistics cost calculations for Customer /Supplier RFQ; packaging development for new projects (inbound, outbound, internal); standardization or optimization; process changes; packaging improvements (quality claims, savings).
Previous experience in logistic environment it's a plus;
Analytic and logical thinking, detail oriented;
Ability to understand technical specifications for both product and packaging;
Confident and open minded;
Good organizer, project management skills;
Computer skills - MS Office, SAP - advantage;
English and German language – mandatory.
Good team player with proactive "can do" attitude.
