Adecco Resurse Umane for its client, a multinational company, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Feasibility investigation for single components and assembly (incl. tooling/equipment supplier)
- Develop process flow diagram and layout for equipment
- Create PFMEA for related product and process (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- Investigate DFM&A (Design for Manufacturing and Assy)
- Implement Best Practice Standards (BBP)
- Support in Developing process flow diagram and layout for equipment (including P-FMEA )
- Perform capability studies for Run @ Rate and all SOP activities related to the plant ( start of series’ production)
- Create BOM’s ,routings according to the business case
- Ensure proper product change Management according ECR/ECO Process. Coordinate product change implementation and support the functional managers
- Ensure program adherence to BOS
- Cost reduction activities (VA-VE, Kaizen, 5 S....).
- Support in manufacturing launch readiness activities and product launch deliverables as specified in PLUS
- Meet KPI’s for Launch readiness
- Responsible for equipment installation / relocation / validation
- Technical interface with the customer, the CBU and the suppliers including specifications definition and adjustment.
- Preparation, execution and documentation of technical reviews according to the PLUS process.
University technical degree;
- Working experience in automotive, min 1 year
- Very good PC skills;
- Fluency in English is a must and German is an advantage;
- Good interpersonal skills; optimistic and stress resistant; strong personality; flexibility, creativity and organizational skills
