- Implementation, administration and support of Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003/2007 Server
- Act as a support analyst for any Exchange and Active Directory related problems
- Perform health check
- Perform trend analysis
- Implement changes on request by the customer or as a part of the problem resolution
- Review and technically approve all significant changes to the environment
- Ownership and management of technical escalations
- Carry out work scheduled outside of regular working hours (on-call duty)
- Proficient in Business English
- Technical University graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Exchange 2000/2003/2007 and Active Directory
- Good Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server knowledge
- Exhibit familiarity with monitoring tools, anti-virus/anti-spam/content filtering solutions;
- Understanding of ITIL services delivery and support methodologies
- Availability to travel abroad for training on the job
Represents an advantage:
- Microsoft Cluster knowledge
- Programming knowledge (WScript, vb.net, asp.net, c#, Powershell)
- VMware knowledge
- Familiar with the integration of Exchange with wireless technologies (ActiveSync, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, and GoodLink Messaging Server);
