The GNOC (Global Network Operations Center) is the technical network interface for the network owners and their customers; ensuring our customer’s networks and their customers’ services are operating at an optimum level, while retaining and improving the expected network standards and integrity. The GNOC engineers use their TELECOM skills and knowledge of systems and procedures to monitor customers’ networks and services with the primary aim to maximize network availability for their customers.
Job main responsibilities:
Prompt escalation & notification of major network faults and customer faults;
Professionally utilizing GNOC systems and procedures to monitor and maintain customer network availability & integrity;
Ensure network faults and customer faults are resolved well within agreed procedures;
Accurate & timely creation, updating and completion of all Trouble Tickets;
Provide prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues;
Tracking and directing the work flow of faults and planned events
Highschool / Bachelor degree in a technical field or experience in a technical role;
Telecom experience is a plus;
Written and verbal fluency in French; Intermediate English is a plus;
Experience in customer service delivery is an advantage;
Analytical mind, structured and logical thinking
Willing to relocate in Timisoara.
