Design and development of quality related initiatives (eSCM, Six Sigma), and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives.
Lead Operational Excellence deployment in partnership with deal teams.
Conduct/Lead OpEx workshops in Romania DC and provide help and support to other Europe DCs if required
Support Business and functional team to achieve quality objectives.
Lead/support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.
Imparting basic training to personnel on quality related initiatives to percolate quality across the organization and building a Quality Culture.
Track and report performance on organizational objectives and engagement objectives (Balanced Scorecard) & drive productivity score of the assigned project on a regular basis
Support deals to track and act upon end customer feedback of the assigned deals
Support Quality & CI managers in tracking performance against organization objectives and completion of Balanced Score card
Work with Service Delivery Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing , enhancing and sharing quality best practices
Prepare quality improvement plans and monitors calibration levels
Conduct Quality audits to ensure the quality systems are being implemented consistently and effectively
Involve in Implementing the improvement suggestions received through Employee Suggestion program
Carry out quality audits and ensure that the quality systems are being implemented consistently and effectively
Co-ordinate quality and internal control audits such as SAS70.
At least 3 years of experience on a similar position.
English advanced.
