Create schedule of packaging documents and reproduction in CAD until release of serial production on the basis of customer’s specification, transport type, national and international regulations (IPPC regulations)
Develop and coordinate the packaging/printing specifications with customer/production
Coordinate of packaging and printing of purchased/provided parts
Checking the packaging documents of colleagues
Develop and optimize the method concerning creation of packaging documents
Train group employees to special processes concerning packaging/printing
Develop protective systems with new developed serial parts
Create parts list, data sheets and material and save them in the SAP System
Organisation of packaging tests (sample parts, sample materials, etc.)
Implementation of packaging tests with sample parts in the production plants
Create and work on company standards / working with the database
Create sample order, requests for investment, contracts for the plant and test reports
Packaging analysis and optimize the costs for the packaging materials
Manage packaging matters (for example design changes)
Practical and theoretical experience in packaging area
Excellent computer skills in MS Office program
Computer skills in technical programs: SAP (CAD knowledge is an advantage)
Good English skills (German is an advantage)
Good commercial knowledge
