Product Engineer for Prototyping Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // Because of our growing business, we are looking for a new colleague in our Operations Service Center Team. Our new colleague will have technical as well as coordinating responsibilities. Technical tasks include: Involvement in fixing and agreeing of manufacturing dates and quantities with the internal production staff responsible with the support of the existing ERP system and taking available materials and customer priorities into account, as well as ensuring optimum use of the existing capacities; Processing planning, order and arrears lists; Re-planning the production orders / planned orders in cooperation with the internal posts involved on account of lack of materials, changes in call-off orders, last-minute planning. Leading tasks will include: Good understanding and knowledge of production processes in order to obtain expected project results; Help the team members to easily integrate in the organization; Responsible to ensure that employee’s technical and social skills are at the level required by the job.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // In order to be successful in this position you will have: Technical university degree is mandatory, preferably in Electronics or Mechanics; Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in the automotive or electronic industry; Experience in leading teams; Experience in Project Management; Excellent planning and organizing competencies; Strong problem solving, decision making and coaching skills; Good command of English.
