Product Manager Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // As a Product Manager you will analyze and assess market demands for a certain product family. You will consolidate the results, discuss and launch product requests with the development department and build up the future product roadmap. You will provide support to marketing in presentations and sales talks; clarify technical, quality and commercial risks in cooperation with the marketing, development and controlling. You will cooperate in the definition of an international product range- and pricing strategy for the product family taking corporate and divisional objectives into account. You will engage in product concept definition with the relevant stakeholders for future product developments; you will discuss the concepts with your superior and hand them over to the development department. You will coordinate product updates with marketing; provide technical advice and support the customers with regards to technical questions. You will work out and implement rationalization measures in cooperation with the responsible development departments. You will set up the product range related budget in cooperation with sales and controlling and finally discuss it with your superior. You will provide support to to product-specific questions; design and costing; You will assess complex systems and components and take responsibility of their quality, costs and deadlines as well as internal and external regulations. You will hold product strategy and pricing meetings with customers and suppliers within the your defined area of responsibility. You will take make or buy decisions in order to complete the assigned product range and turn it into a competitive portfolio.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // You are graduate in industrial engineering / master of business administration and you have job related experience of more than 3 years. You have good command on English. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally knowledge of SAP. You possess strong marketing knowledge, product design and negotiating techniques. You are able to handle and understand the financial aspects of product management. You have great communication ability and team spirit.
