Toluna Timisoara is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Product Manager who can contribute to our drive for success in this fast-growing and innovative industry.
Being a member of the globally operating supply team, your role will be to help maintaining and further developing Toluna's internal Information System (IS) that helps your co-workers around the globe to assess project feasibility.
Your main tasks will be to:
Analyse and write SQL queries;
Create technical documentations;
Provide technical support to internal users (Sales and Project Managers);
Gather and prioritize requirements from users;
QA, software testing tasks;
Liaise with global R&D staffs, DB Administrators and Operators;
Establish and maintain Issue Tracking System for internal Information System (IS);
Manage transition of current IS GUI to a state-of-the-art GUI;
Optional, depending on profile: Programming Linux bash, PHP, Python OR help in developing Machine Learning algorithms.
2+ years of work experience in the technology sector, preferably as member of database or software development team, or similar professional experience;
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
Fluent in English, both oral and written. All communication and documentation will be in English;
Strong technical background;
Very good SQL knowledge;
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
Programming experience, preferably Linux bash, PHP, Python.
It would be a plus for you if you have:
Knowledge in an Issue Tracking Systems, preferably Jira;
Statistics expertise;
Knowledge in Statistical Learning / Machine Learning;
Software testing experience.
