-Analyze ICM forecast and proposed a Production Schedule for short and long period and confirm availability of products in Demand Planning System;
-Monitor the daily production plans and inform Sales Department on the quantity and availability of products;
-Assist in the ICM planning & production by updating the daily production schedule in the internal ERP system and transfer the production orders to manufacturing department;
-Responsible for accuracy of Finish good stock report and allocation of it to the customer
-Maintains and improves the ERP settings for the assigned products and customers in order to assure the accuracy of the system information;
-Prepares reports required by the Planning supervisor
-University degree;
-1 year experience in related position (preferably in a manufacturing company)
-Advanced PC skills - MS Office, ERP LN is an advantage;
-English language - advanced level;
-Strong communication abilities;
-Organized person with a strong sense of responsibility;
-Abilities in working with figures, analysis and synthesis capacity;
-Good team player, with positive, "can do" attitude
