RESPONSABILITATI

We are recruiting for a new RFID production division of a multinational company in Timisoara,

Production Planning Engineer (resident within Timisoara area !)

Main Job Purpose:
• Coordination of the activity in the printing production department;
• Analyzes the orders received versus the load of the machines and the production graphs;
• Provide order-to-order analysis and availability of raw materials to ensure all raw materials needed for production;
• Assigning to the production personnel in the subordinate departments the orders to be made, also communicating the deadlines for execution;
• Follow orders, respecting production terms and product quality;
• Record keeping and reporting of assigned orders, consumption of raw materials and production;
• Organizing subordinate staff; compilation of activity programs; planning holidays; recording and reporting time worked by subordinate staff, according to the company's internal procedures.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Organization of production activities and processes in the typographic production area:
1. Coordinates and controls staff and activity in production departments;
2. Check the existence of raw materials for the production of orders, and in case of lack or insufficiency, notify the persons responsible for the purchase of these products;
3. Analyze production capacities and plan production according to order dates and priorities; 4. Follow and control the quality of products;
5. Ensures the production of the orders at the established deadlines;
6. Record orders at each stage of production;
7. Follow carry out all maintenance activities of equipment;
8. Ensure that cleanliness is maintained and maintained in the production area, yard and adjacent spaces. 9. Produce reports related to the production activity.
B. Organization and management people:
1. Planning the activity of printing production departments, draws up the work schedule of the employees,
distributing the duties to the subordinates;
2. Prepare for all employees subordinate the regular forms of presence according to the internal procedure;
3. Makes up the annual schedule of the leaves to subordinate staff. Approves the leave requests of
the subordinates in compliance with the internal procedure for the approval and granting of leave;
4. Make employees aware of all internal rules, procedures and regulations as soon as they are implemented;
5. Follow the subordinate employees' compliance with the company's labor discipline rules, policies, procedures, rules and regulations.


CERINTE

Required education: graduate of Technical University

• Professional skills:
- Ability to analyze, good organizational skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills;
- Responsible, persuasive and result oriented
- Good management knowledge;
- Knowledge of operating graphics and / or printing techniques is considered a major asset
• Foreign languages: able to communicate fluently in English
• PC knowledge: advanced Word, Excel, user experience for tracking and managing production;
• Driving license
• Interpersonal Skills: leadership, empathy, seriousness, responsibility, excellent communication and negotiation skills, team spirit, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and adherence to precise delivery terms

Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in a production unit,
- Experience in planning and organizing production and work; stock records and management
