We are in business for more than 40 years. As part of the orangeglobal group, we are a prospering and growing company searching for new areas to expand to.
We are searching for a reliable Project Manager to join our team in a long term employment and help them handling our translation projects. As a LSP specialized in Pharmaceutical and Medical translations, we need to deliver the highest quality translations to our customers.
Accuracy and attention to detail are some of the highest values needed for this job.
Your job would be the management of those translation projects. Starting from writing quotes to our customers, over finding the right translators in our database and handling questions / problems on the translators side. Quality Assurance checks and the delivery to the client is also included in this job description.
You would work from your home office in Romania (Timisoara) but would be brought in to our Headquarters in Ulm, Germany for a learning phase to get to know the core team and learn how to work with our translation management system as well as our CAT-Tools. In future, an office in Romania (Timisoara) is being planned.
You would ideally be an active translator with degree and experience in the business and speak very good English. German would prove to be an advantage in your application.
If not, a life science background has also proved helpful to some of our project managers.
Advanced skills with MS Office and fast learning of new software are mandatory.
Of course, as communication with our translators will mostly be in English, formidable English skills cannot be stressed enough.
Communication with our customers can also be German at times, so that would be a plus, but not a must.
