- Create test cases and test scripts in accordance with the company's functional requirements
- Report bugs and features that are not compliant to the project specifications
- Log, track, and verify the resolution of specification/ development issues
- Interact with the business and developers team to share information and clarify requirements
- Suggest, create and implement quality assurance policies regarding IT testing
- Manage the QA team
- Knowledge and experience in QA methodology
-Ability to conduct hands on testing as well as analyze and improve testing procedures
- Experience with bug reporting tools
- Experience in devising test plans and testing strategies
- - A good understanding of the software development process
- Good English, both written and spoken
Would be plus:
- Knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (shell scripting for Unix or Linux, Java, Perl, Python, VB scripting, other)
- Experience using performance testing tools
-Experience using Selenium WebDriver, Fitnesse, SoapUI or HP tools ( QTP/UFT)
