Adecco Human Resources hiring for its customer, a multinational automotive company from Timisoara, QUALITY CUSTOMER ENGINEER.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer and internally identified quality issues are solved using the Johnson Controls problem solving methods (8D Report, Problem Solving etc.)
- Prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up, verify and release corrective actions
- Monitor and assure implementation for corrective actions for defects eliminations - Assure that all Quality activities are performed according Business Operating System (BOS) - TS 16 949- ISO 9000 standards and specific customer requirements
- Evaluate results of customer product audits and providing of feedback to the organization (production, engineering etc.).
- Support customer regarding corrective and preventative actions
- Analyze parts returned through warranty system together with the others responsible
- Making periodical presentation to production departments and all employees meeting with the statistics of the claims, PPM, causes of defects, rejected material, Flash info, QRQC
Education: University degree, with technical background
Job Experience: Automotive experience; min. 3 years in Quality area
Foreign languages: English advanced level, other foreign language would be a plus
Diplomatic but strong personality
Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency and increase expectations
Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people and to lead negotiations
Availability for travel: over 50% from the working time
Driving license, with driving experience
