Coordinate the quality departments company
Ensures management system meets TRW requirements, ISO/TS 16949 criteria customer and legal requirements;
Establish, maintain and implement a quality strategy within the plant compliant with the product line quality strategy;
Promote quality awareness and behavior;
Provides consultancy to process owners in order to reach specific quality goals;
Defines important quality indicators for the plant;
Organise and facilitates audits conducted by customers, public authorities and institutions;
Monitors and continuously improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the management system and processes on all levels;
Technical University degree
Minim 5 years experience in the quality management field
A background in a multinational production environment, automotive industry is a plus
PC Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, CAD, AutoCad
English and German language - advanced level
