Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client,a multinational IT services company specialized in the field of End User,Infrastructure and Business Services, for a Quality Manager in Timisoara.
Job profile:
Responsible for the implementation of all actions initiated in the deployment of quality line program.
Sustains Delivery Managers and Team Leaders in the use of the E audit tool (tool that contains the necessary materials to implement / verify the quality of the services).
Performs exports, reports and analyses the results of the E audit tool.
Check results of each Service Support Center.
Identify and propose areas for improvement in each of the Delivery Manager (results, methods,etc.)
Checks the proper deployment of Quality Line.
Performs monthly reporting of Quality Line program deployment status.
Participates in specific actions initiated by the Department of Continual Service Improvement( open days, presenting new tools).
Identifies best practices within the Service Center.
Identifies the eligible tools for deployment within all services.
Involved in actions of training / awareness / monitoring Quality Line.
Contributes to the development of new tools.
Fluency in French (oral and written)
Knowledge of the basic Business Service Desk and Proximity.
Knowledge of the basic Business Coaching Service desk.
Knowledge of the basic Benefits Operational Management.
Able to speak to a large group of field players.
Listening skills.
Logic and analysis skills.
Methodical.
Rigor and discipline.
Force proposal.
