General scope:
Maintain and Improve the System of Management for Quality, Safety and Environment, in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards, the customer requirements and the MAHLE standards.
Responsibilities for Quality System:
Ensure the maintenance of the system
Modify and implement the system of management to adapt to the grow of the plant with process map, implementation of the processes, conduct the risk analysis
Redefine the system of control of documentation in accordance with the MAHLE requirements
Conduct the audit for system internally and in other plant of BU2 Europe
Improve the system by conducting internal project or workshops
Define the plan of all types of audit and ensure the follow up
Create efficient metrics for the monitoring of the activities link to the system
Responsibilities for Health, Safety and Environment:
Ensure the maintenance, coordination and improvement of the activities linked to the Health, Safety and Environment
Deploy the safety mindset by driving daily activities in shop floor and by implementing the safety processes in our daily activity
Deploy the environment mindset
Conduct the audits and ensure the follow up
Ensure the activities in accordance with the Romanian law
Ensure the deployment of activities for Environment practically in shop floor and offices
Create efficient metrics for the Safety and Environment activities
Experience on a similar position for minimum 5 years (also in leadership)
Internal auditor course for IATFmandatory
Internal auditor course for ISand OHSAS 18001
Core Tools course
Waste responsible course – nice to have
PC knowledge (Office, Lotus) + SAP (nice to have)
Advanced knowledge of English
Very good communication skills (also cross-functional)
Objectivity and leadership skills
