The position is available for a STUDENT who is interested to work in HR field as recruitment assistant for a PART-TIME JOB (6H/DAY).
The job is open in Timisoara.
Responsibilities:
Our colleague will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Implication in various recruitment projects at the same time
- Organize and execute first contact with potential candidates and establish meetings
- Applying HR tests according to the requirements of the job
- Keeping up to date the candidates database
- Compile information and prepare reports
- Provide the information and the necessary documents for the technical interviews
- University\Master courses – in progress
- English – fluent, French is a plus
- Good PC skills (MSOffice – Word, Excel, Internet)
- Very good communication skills
- Very good planning and organizing abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
