Responsible for setting up and delivering Toluna's recruitment projects as part of the Recruitment Center.
The position is also designed as a point of contact for all potential candidates or recruitment agencies and headhunters, with the objective of delivering high quality candidates and maintaining a constant pool of applicants for the company.
Main tasks:
Centralizes the recruitment requests from managers and ensures that all approvals are in place
Decides on the appropriate recruitment channels
Creates and publishes the recruitment ads as per company’s standards
Identifies eligible candidates according to job descriptions
Sets up interview appointments
Conducts phone screening & interviews
Ensures communication with candidates (feed-back, negative answers)
Conducts interviews and performs professional tests when required
Presents the shortlist to the hiring managers
Extends the hiring offers to the eligible candidates
Requirements
University graduate
+1 year of experience in a recruitment company/independent consultant
Advanced English language skills for international communication
Second European language (French, German or Italian)
Analytic, methodical thinking and used to work independently
Extensive interview skills.
