Collect raw data from different types of ticketing/call monitoring systems
Analyze the data, set standards and processes for further data management
Develop and implement reporting database based on raw data collected and existing project needs
Optimize the database and the process of receiving raw data
Assist web site developers by implementation of reporting database in graphical interface
Provide proper data quality control
Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills
Ability to perform proactive and reactive analysis to problems
Ensure proper follow-up with management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer sciences, Business Administration or Economics
Fluent in English - both oral and written
Very good knowledge and understanding of Databases – able to build, manage and optimize performance of complex database structures
Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL,
Experience with web site development
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of Call Centre activities and processes is considered as an advantage
Initiate and assist the subsequent actions or improvement projects.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
