We are recruiting for a new RFID production division of a multinational company in Timisoara,
RFID Manufacturing Engineer (resident within Timisoara area !)
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Primarily responsible for maintaining and developing procedures for the RFID Manufacturing Cell.
o Perform periodic maintenance on all machine and equipment and keep maintenance
records
o Develop and document machine processes and recipes for products
o Create training plans for all RFID machine(s) and equipment and conduct training
o Perform product and process troubleshooting and failure analysis
o Coordinate with Global PLT team to plan, conduct, test and analyze new process trials
o Coordinate with Global NPD team to plan, conduct, test and analyze new process trials
o Work with machine suppliers for upgrades or maintenances issues
o Work with material suppliers on supply and quality issues
o Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
o Perform duties in safe manner and in accordance with all safety requirements
· Assist with the operation of the machine(s) and manufacturing of the product.
· Assist with Raw Material and Product testing and inspections
· Work with Global Quality Team on any issues
· Work with the Global RFID teams to continually improve the processes and product quality.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Engineering.
· at least 2-3 years experience in manufacturing
· Electronics or Roll to Roll manufacturing experience is preferable
· minimum CAD experience and familiarity with drawing / design / dimensioning
standards is required
· A working knowledge of general machine shop practices
· The ability to work creatively and responsibly with minimal supervision
· A knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
· An understanding of control logic systems
· Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and methods.
· Knowledge of preventive maintenance methods and techniques for maintaining equipment.
· Excellent communication skills.
· The ability to read, write and understand English
