- SAP New User Creation
- Role creation and assignment to users
- User clean up ( eg. identify delete/ block old users)
- Trouble shooting authorizations issues with Key users and other analysts.
- Developing and maintenance of authorisation concept
- Documentation of authorisations processes
- Support for user security audits
- Support for SAP licensing activities
- Managing incoming tickets from Key Users who request support
- Addressing as many tickets as possible but escalating any that you cannot resolve
- Handling and assigning tickets to appropriate team members in IT
- Monitoring tickets progress – ensuring progress and timely closure
- Experience in IT user and role administration creation
- Knowledge of ERP system authorization concepts and data security
- Willing to perform support function – support users on a day to day basis- responding to requests and helping to resolve issues
- Experience in using IT ticketing systems – Queue management and ITIL processes
- Good level of English required, German is a bonus
- Some small travel requirement – probably 2-3 times per year for training and team meetings
- Other SAP administration experience is a bonus:
- Transport management
- System administration
- Single sign on/ central user admin
- Start/ stop system
- Monitor system performance
- Positive, can do attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new technologies and processes
Training in SAP user creation process will be given, but candidates are expected to develop expertise and knowledge over time.
