- Create clean, well-documented and high performing software and services;
- Maintain, refactor and optimize existing sites, software and services;
- Stay up-to-date with the best practices by, researching new tools, enhancing and evolving new and existing tools;
- Share expertise and knowledge with the rest of the team
- Practical experience with a CMS;
- Working knowledge of the content management systems (CMS) principles;
- Ability to use and configure common CMS modules and develop new custom modules;
- Very good knowledge of PHP;
- Expertise in RDBMS programming, modeling and optimization using MySQL;
- Good knowledge of HTML/xHTML;
- Experience developing and interacting with REST-ful web services;
- Good English skills (both verbal and written)
Nice to have:
- CSS, JavaScript, jQuery knowledge;
- HTML5/CSS3 knowledge;
- Experience in developing responsive web applications;
- Experience with TDD, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery;
- Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
