Support:
Assist users on any faced issues;
Verify and reproduce issues. Troubleshoot issues by checking logs and database. Communicate and escalate issues with Developers and Product teams;
Coordinate fixes required with each product release schedule;
Assist users in any ‘how to’ questions;
Communicate directly to users on fixes schedule.
Participation in releases cycles:
Participate in new releases Product reviews;
Promote new releases by creating detailed guideline presentations of new features;
Test releases installation in production environment;
Manage translation requests and tests;
Maintain and prioritize list of user’s requests.
At least 2 years of experience with software and web application testing and QA. Experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android platform);
Technical skills: Good SQL knowledge. Experience with some of the following technologies is a plus ( C#, Perl, Python, Bash, Javascript, Ajax, secure Web transactions, HTML, CSS, XML, etc);
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel);
Experience in client/customer services is a plus;
Mandatory advanced level of English;
Excellent written/verbal communication skills: enjoys writing & speaking daily with business users directly;
Enthusiastic about new Internet technologies and their development. Interest in social networking sites;
Mathematical or Scientific minded, ability to grasp complex environment and processes;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
