With a team of nearly 600 highly experienced engineers in Timisoara, GSD Romania is one of the 4 Global Delivery Centres of this organization, managing effectively various projects for 7 customers across the world, serving with speed, simplicity, accountability and trust – our core values -their networks and subscribers.
JOB MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prompt escalation & notification of major network faults and customer faults;
• Professionally utilizing GSD systems and procedures to monitor and maintain customer network availability & integrity;
• Ensure network faults and customer faults are resolved well within agreed procedures;
• Accurate & timely creation, updating and completion of all Trouble Tickets;
• Provide prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues;
• Tracking and directing the work flow of faults and planned events.
• Bachelor degree in a technical field is a plus;
• Written and verbal fluency in French; intermediate English is a plus;
• Open to shifts;
• Experience in customer service delivery is an advantage;
• Analytical mind, structured and logical thinking.
