Service Desk Specialist(1st level support) Timisoara , West Romania

Your Functions: You wiil be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. Here you will be part of our global IT support team and you will act as an IT Specialist in 1st level support. You will receive calls from worldwide internal IT users and you will have to provide direct solutions for basic requests. You will also clarify failure descriptions in a direct users dialogue. You have to prepare the documentation for calling user error reports in the common Hella ticket system, and categorize  tickets in the ticket system. Your most common tasks will be to unlock passwords, solve Lotus Notes requests, offer access to network shares, to install different software applications.

Your Competence: In order to be succesfull in this position you should have general IT affinity and knowledge in applications as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes client and administrational client issues. Fluency in both English and German languages is mandatory. Previous experience in customer support is a plus for you. You also need very good communication skills.
