Within the Toluna group, we have created an industry-leading, bespoke panel & online community management system for online market research. Being a member of Products and Technologies Team, your role will be to act as the key point of contact for technical and user support via telephone and e-mail to our international internal and external clients using this system. A part of the mission is to provide the clients some services as scripting questionnaires thru the same system. This role would ideally suit a recent university graduate looking to progress with their career in a client technical contact environment.
Responsibilities:
Client support
• Learning and understanding how our technology platform is used by our clients
• Technical and user support for our external and internal client base (via e-mail and telephone)
• Ensuring that our Service Level Agreement commitment to clients is adhered to – reporting of updates and issues in a timely manner
Managing services for clients
• Using the system to help clients with their projects by scripting the surveys they are looking to deploy
• Help them to update their panels and launch their projects in the requested time-lines
• Provide training and demos of the system to clients.
Profile:
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated;
• Fluent English and German speaker, the ability to speak a third language is advantageous;
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills: enjoys speaking daily with clients directly;
• Strong organizational skills LOGIC and attention to details;
• Ability to prioritize and manage several client requests simultaneously;
• Technical skills: Familiarity and understanding of Web based software, familiarity with at least 3 different browsers, Experience and familiarity with Web technologies: Javascript, Ajax, secure Web transactions, HTML, CSS, XML, etc. ;
• IT proficient particularly in Internet-driven applications, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint'
• Enthusiastic about new Internet technologies and their development;
• Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills;
• Recent experience in client/customer services is a plus.
