Client support:
Learning and understanding how our technology platform is used by our clients;
Technical and user support for our external and internal client base (via e-mail and telephone);
Ensuring that our Service Level Agreement commitment to clients is adhered to – reporting of updates and issues in a timely manner;
Managing services for clients:
Using the system to help clients with their projects by scripting the surveys they are looking to deploy;
Help them to update their panels and launch their projects in the requested time lines;
Afford training and demos of the system to clients;
Mandatory advanced level of English and French language (written and spoken);
Excellent written/verbal communication skills: enjoys speaking daily with clients directly;
IT proficiency particularly in internet-driven applications, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Familiarity and understanding of web based software, familiarity with different browsers;
Knowledge HTML or Market Research software is advantageous;
Recent experience in client/customer services is a plus;
