Supplier Quality Engineer – Series Production Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // In this role you will have to: manage quality-relevant issues for purchase parts in series manufacture, including complaints Management; Process the purchase parts complaints; Inforce quality characteristics to be observed in sorting and reworking; Coordinate and organize the necessary reworking and sorting checks in collaboration with the superior / external entities and the suppliers; Block faulty goods, identify cause, inform measures taken for fault remedy and if necessary orde return shipment to the suppliers; Send a complaint notice informing of the quality deviation at the supplier; Record the costs incurred with the complaint; Follow up and evaluate the 8D reports of the suppliers and monitor the stipulated measures; Involvement in escalation process of the supplier.  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // In order to be successfull in this job, we are looking for candidates that have : Graduated a Technical University; Previous work experience in a similar position in a supplier quality department; Good ability to understand technical drawings; Knowledge of specific quality methods (8D) is an advantage; Willingness to learn and to develop a technical career; Very good English knowledge, German is a plus.
