To complete our team based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for a Survey Programmer. The primary role is to take over the full responsibility for the programming of the assigned Online Surveys, in any of the following: ConfirmIt, Toluna's Automate Surveys and QuickSurvey scripting software.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Programming of online questionnaires based on the information provided by the client ( this includes survey creation, setting filters and quotas, managing languages, exporting and reportung);
- Define the detalis related to the survey programming, like plan, time line, resource;
- Manage low to medium complexity projects independently;
- Ability to debug and correct coding issues
- Support the TL in the planning function on workload assessment, work allocation, project distribution to the team members if requested;
- Test a survey thorough, review data and provide a high quality link to the client;
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, XHTML, XML, CSS, jQuery and Confirmit;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Good time management and prioritization skills;
- Innovative thinking and solution oriented;
- Proactive + hands on approach with a can do attitude;
Please note: this position will require nightshift working hours ( with appropriate increased compensation provided). The working schedule for nightshift will be : 16:00 - 01:00
