Provide daily administration and support of the existing infrastructure including:
Maintaining Windows 2003/2008 Servers;
Exchange Servers;
BES services;
Microsoft IIS administration;
Citrix Netscaler;
Citrix Xenapp administration;
Email deliverability maintenance;
Active Directory administration and auditing;
VPN technologies administration;
DNS/DHCP management;
General business application support.
Actively contribute to the development of new methods, procedures, processes or systems that would enhance the information technology infrastructure of the company;
Continually seek opportunities to implement process improvements via leveraging system functions;
Answer questions or resolve technology problems for users in person, via telephone or from remote locations;
Install and configure system services, developing automated procedures where appropriate;
Handle account administration and problem resolution.
4+ years of MS Windows Server 2003/2008;
System Installation, Administration and Troubleshooting;
Good knowledge of MS Windows networking and its management;
Experience with Microsoft Exchange;
Microsoft IIS administration;
Active Directory administration;
DNS/DHCP administration.
Pluses(any of these are optional but desired skills and/or certifications):
MCSE 2003 or 2008;
Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010 in an Enterprise environment;
Application delivery technologies (examples: Netscaler, F5 BigIP, Cisco WAAS);
Blackberry BES experience;
Xenapp administration;
SSL VPN, Access Gateway administration;
Experience working with routers, managed switches and WAN hardware;
Linux knowledge;
Security compliance;
Working relationship with R&D/ development teams;
Experience with industry standards and enterprise-level redundancy;
VMware Experience.
