RESPONSABILITATI

Evolution HCC, a recruitment and consultancy agency, is seeking a candidate for a Technical Support Agent position in a well-known international company. The job mostly implies continuous communication with clients and other departments, resolving complaints and collecting data.

Responsibilities:
•Customer requests on failure or complaint;
•Escalate serious complaints;
•Process online Chat and remote Support;
•Structured issue analysis via predefined questionnaire and set up replication;
•Collect log files , configuration files and databases;
•Create and forward tickets to level 2;


CERINTE

•English and French – ability to speak on a Technical level;
•Network knowledge;
•Experience in a similar position;
•Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills;
