- Invoice workflow administration:
-accounts creation for invoice approvers
-update SAP workflow tables
-analyze invoice workflows in errors and take corrective actions
-manage invoice workflow related queries
-open and test service requests for updates in invoice workflow structure
- Mapping existing local Chart of Accounts to the Group of Chart of Accounts
- Update the Subset, managing creation/activation/updating the GL accounts
- Check the system errors raised by end users (internal or from customer), advice upon a solution or open appropriate service request to IT
- Translate business requirement in technical requirement to IT
- Follow up and test the service requests opened at IT or coordinate UAT with financial departments, until validation of solution in production
- Opening and testing service requests mandatory for month and year end closing
- Defining scenarios to be tested for different projects with finance impact, together with the TLs and organizing and following up the tests with the involved users
- Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate
- Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates where applicable. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar and punctuation
- Follow established policies, procedures and methods
- Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned
- Communicating with the client and the suppliers concerning the processed items
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor in accordance with job position
- University/Post University degree in Economics or IT
- Knowledge & work experience on SOX requirements & internal control systems
- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
- Work experience in SAP
- Problem analysis and problem-solving, proactive, multiple tasks handling, tight deadlines, organized, stress management, independent in making decisions
- Fluent English
