For one of our international clients in the banking sector we are looking for a
HR SHARED SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER (BUDAPEST)
who will manage and lead the overall HR Service Delivery team, in the context of a multi-country EMEA HR internal standard operating model.
Key responsibilities:
Manages a team of 40+ people through team leaders;
Participates as a full partner to the HR Shared Service local teams in their efforts to meet business objectives;
Manages the quality and timeliness in delivering activities;
Continuously monitors how actions are impacting business performance;
Explores alternative solutions that display strong analysis and evaluation skills;
Demonstrates depth and breadth of technical knowledge across the Service Delivery team and HR;
Anticipates conflict areas and develops / implements strategy for diffusing situation;
Identifies new opportunities where value can be added to the business through interventions;
Consistently achieves stretch budget and headcount objectives;
Communicates a vision and inspires others to take action to change;
Leads by example demonstrating ethics and integrity in decisions and actions;
Reviews retention rates and retention strategy;
Assists staff with identifying development plans that are targeted to their specific needs;
Creates training strategy across team linked to business objectives.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
Relevant university degree;
English language proficiency;
5+ years of professional experience in people management / process management / partner management / shared services management;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Sharp motivational and influencing skills;
Robust negotiating skills;
Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams.
