This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company where you will:
• Check the production schedules, send them to subcontractors, ensure subcontractors’ planning is made accordingly and ensure that delivery dates are met;
• Check the dockets for accuracy before sending them to subcontractors;
• Liaise with the transport / warehouse departments on supplying raw materials to subcontractors according to the sewing schedule;
• Follow closely the fabric schedule, in order to ensure that deliveries of the fabric are made in time;
• Inform the transport department about the deliveries and to inform the raw material warehouse in order to be able to prepare the docket in time.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
• Experience in factory production planning;
• Good knowledge on fabrics and trimmings;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Well organised;
• Stress resistance;
• Results orientation.
