• Identify, generate interest and close business opportunities with a wide range of clients
• Manage interaction and communications with customers in your area
• Build, motivate, inspire and develop a team of managers
• Follow the client management and sales process through all the stages
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, monitoring KPI and being part of a highly competitive team
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales
• Business managerial background
• Inborn leadership, with an ability to set the stage and take the prize, influencer and doer, eager to inspire and develop people
• A team player with contagious optimism and enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude
• Strong skill set working with office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Good
command of the English language;
• Driver's license (B category) and availability to travel
• Dependable, resourceful and self-motivated personality
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
