-Drafting and editing Word and Excel documents and reports, required by superiors (contracts,
addendum, estimate works, invoices…);
-Liaising with the company account clients and providers ensuring follow-up of all business documents;
-Administrative activities, organizing documents and filling;
-Offering support to managers on bids and auctions;
- Secretarial and office administrative activities;
-Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information in accordance with company policy and profile;
-Make daily activity reports and sent them to the supervisor;
-University Degree, polytechnic studies or technical studies is an advantage
-Relevant experience minimum 3 years
-Drivers Licence with experience Cat.B
-PC knowledge, good word processing (Word), spreadsheets ( Excel), Email, Databases;
-Experience in B2B relations, drafting documents, invoices, reports;
-Basic accounting skills;
-English medium level, written and spoken;
-Driving experience with Cat.B license;
-Ability to meet deadlines and a real desire to achieve results and client satisfaction;
-Ability to organize and systematize with great attention to detail;
-Ability to initiate interactions with new people easily and send positive energy;
-Results-oriented person with ability to work independently, or within a team;
-Excellent time keeping and attendance;
-Resistance to stress, willingness to work long hours;
-Good social skills, confident in speaking to people and dealing with challenges;
-Capacity for analysis, synthesis and prioritization;
-Positive and proactive attitude;
-Excellent communication and networking skills;
-Ambitious person, loyal, professional, committed, communicative, punctual, organized, disciplined;
with good dress code and conduct, appropriate behavior (language, clothing, politeness);
- Time management abilities and driving experience, to quickly solve the daily administrative tasks using
the company car;
