Responsible for the accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents
Assure that all records, transactions, reports, operating practices and documentation are in compliance with Romanian regulation;
Collect, analyse and summarize account information
Prepare tax and related returns, proper and timely calculation, submission and settlement of liabilities to the state budget according to tax regulations
Conduct month-end and year-end close process; prepares financial forecasts
Checking the accuracy of received documents from third parties and their compliance with the legal requests
Managing the relationship with internal colleagues and third parties on financial and accountancy aspects
Archiving documents
Develop periodic reports for management
Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
Knowledge of WinMentor would be a plus
For Senior positions, prior experience in accounting and sound knowledge in the field of fiscal legislation are mandatory
University degree in Economic Sciences
